What is a "good" web design?

Yes we all have different tastes and our ideas of “good” and “beautiful” Web Design varies from one person to another. However, I think we all would agree that today it’s an absolute must to make a clean layout that will not require the visitors to scroll down infinitely just to get to the needed information. Basically, what we call “web 2.0″ design is probably the ultimate balance between usability, accessibility, juicy colours and easy navigation. We can hardly imagine a well laid out website with million of visitors that makes us break our heard, trying to figure how to navigate to a certain page or where to pull the needed into from.

This is what I like about Heritage Web Design. They spring innovative ideas, and no wonder that by now they have a wide auditory of clients with over 30,000 well known names in their portfolio.
They offer the ultimate balance between price and quality, starting from only $199 they build  e-commerce, static and other CMS platform-integrated websites at low price. If you will have a look at their portfolio, you will see what I mean by perfect balance between quality, price, and of course — each layout is original, innovative, easy to navigate through and… didn’t cost a fortune to the client!
