File Sharing Court fine woman $220,000 for 24 illegally downloaded songs

Jammie Thomas-Rasset from Minnesota was fined $220,000 at a federal appeals court on Tuesday (11th September) and forbidden from making sound recordings available for distribution. She is one of the last people to be individually prosecuted in the US for file-sharing and illegal downloading of music.
