For some reason I am very very excited about thanksgiving.

I can taste the food already. Turkey, Pie, Stuffing, Ham, Veg, all that good stuff. with the Tryptophan induced nap afterwords.

Am I alone?

I mean Honestly we left For religous freedom and came and picked on the native americans for hundreds of years. Go Fig.

I have been running on Wonky time. for some reason i was under the asumption that it was still monday (Which would have been the day before yesterday, meaning that yesterday I was a day behind......)

Did that make any sense?

Any who, What are your guys/ gals plans for this holiday.

And all the people who dont celebrate this "holiday" or dont live in the states.

what are your weekend plans?

Here at home the House of six is going to be a house of three for 5 whole days!

WOW! that has not happened since.......... Hell I cant remember.

I'll be eating with a good dose of football(american) on thursday. Typical. I can never complain about a day off with extra food and sports. :hehe:

Not sure what we're havin. My M-I-L is funny about Thanksgiving, doesn't like to be traditional. It really takes most of the fun out of the holiday for me. Once in a great while she will do the whole turkey thing, prolly will this year since the wife had to buy a whole turkey, she usually makes a turkey breast with all the trimmings for me the day after Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, especially our Canadian friends who seem to be confused about what day Thanksgiving really is......... :hehe:

Well I could celebrate both thanksgivings, but its going to be a boring weekend here. The betterhalf has to work 10 days and nights, as the girl that does property watch normally cant be there, and Im working all weekend.

Going to my friends house like always, but this year there will be about 17 people and a few kids there, usually it's about 8...so it will be noisier this year.

We get to do the usual run between both sets of families, dinner at one, dessert at the other. Plus this year we just happen to be in the middle of a humongous move to a new house, made all the more interesting due to the three inches of snow we are currently accumulating.
